Game Thread | Game #21 | Cavs @ Raptors | Nov. 28, 2022

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Lopez is on a vet minimum deal and he's supposed to be the 4th big. He's fine in that role for that money.
When Love and Mobley aren't effective at center, he's really not. Lopez is a spot minute guy who should only be used in certain matchups. Allen is an injury prone player and it leaves Lopez playing frequently and for long periods of time. And Love and Mobley themselves are highly injury prone as well. We knew ALL of this going into the season. It's not a random unfortunate combination of events leaving Lopez playing more than he should. This is Koby's fault. We needed a better option at backup center.

Time to turn it off. This team hasn't been fun to watch in a long time.
Yeah it’s easy to be a fan when you’re 8-1

Not so much when a 5 game losing streak spooks you so much that any wins that happen after it “don’t feel good” and a bad game like tonight becomes the referendum for the teams chances in May.

I’m sure one of the other 25 teams who ALREADY have 8 losses or more will be a safer space for you to watch. All those teams wins were 100% beautiful basketball and all their losses totally understandable and easily explained

Hard to believe this team will pass Bucks,Celtics or Raptors in Playoffs.

I'm watching disengaged minimum-effort Donovan tonight

Feels weird watching him not cut or do anything with intention when you could at least count on him trying to score with every ounce of energy he has even if other parts of his game were struggling.

We should be down by much more than this

Yea he's playing with zero effort. Not gonna make too much out of it more than just a poor effort game from him.

Basketball 101 Cavs…..THE most important man on the floor is the man with the ball in his hand!

fuckin hell. when do the Cavs play these assholes again....

this team has 0 bench. LeVert is just there for "body on the court" purposes. Looks like only Cedi and a little bit of Wade supporting offensively.

Okay, this thread is unbearable. People are acting like we're losing by 30. Allen is out and this is still a game. I'm going to another site.

Still some smoldering hope. We're down 13 on the road going into the 4th quarter.

Get Garland and Mitchell both stroking it from 3 and play great defense and we can still win.

and I am SO tired of this fuckin "pulling teeth is easier than getting the guys to move without the ball" offense

That’s what I’m seeing to. Something has to be up. I’ve never seen him this disengaged even with Utah

Mitchell scored 5 points within the first couple minutes and has done nothing since. Crazy considering we watched him roast this exact same team going 1 on 5 after Garland went down the first game of the season. I don't get it. Just doesn't seem like he's really even trying tonight.

I wanted to keep Moses and develop him but Cavs ain't got time for that shit apparently.
I mean I wanted to keep Hartenstein more. But Moses isn't someone to get up n arms about.
