Again, I do think Garland has been a tad overrated on this board, but right now, neither the roster or the coaching is making the necessary moves to make him a big time net positive.

The style JBB coaches? Team is probably legitimately better with Mitchell playing point full time and having a bigger backcourt mate with him. That's how I honestly feel. JBB's slow, grind it out, isolation, defense, defense, defense system is not gonna ever get the best out of a Garland/Mitchell backcourt and simply isn't suited for it at all.

Well, I have news for you. The style JBB coaches should not matter. He should be fired tomorrow morning.

He won’t be, but he should be. Any coach incapable of utilizing the gravity of two dynamic three-level scorers at the same time has no place in this league.

You don’t trade a 23 year-old All Star guard because a shitty coach doesn’t know how to use him anymore with his new toys. You get rid of the shitty coach.

Lavert was asked if he agreed with JBBs' comment about the players not respecting the game.
CL replied that he didn't get that feeling from anyone on the court and that the Warriors
played 4 smalls, had guys get hot from 3 and Cavs never figured it out.

One of the biggest problems I have with JBB is his use of players and rotations... Garland is absolutely going to be cooked tomorrow. Cabs were not coming back and winning that game that was obvious with 5 minutes left...

Whoa. I can’t remember the last time a player went after JBB (implicitly in this case).

Garland is NOT the problem! JBB is!
This team is going nowhere until JBB starts RIGHT NOW revamping this ridiculous offense of having both of his big men at the three point line playing hand off with the guards and going back and forth with “slip picks” for 18 of the 24 second clock

The majority of teams that bring their big men that high do so becsuse their big men are a threat to shoot AND score from out there!!!!

Darius was asked the same thing, also seemed hurt by it, and said he did not agree with that assessment.

JBB never figured it out. It’s a recurring theme.
 
Love- Kerr has them operating at a high level no matter who is playing.

BTW- In the pregame, Kerr said good defense in NBA is wasted due to
shift toward offense and way the game is called.

I just don't think this guy understands what this game has turned into thanks to the likes of shitheads like the Warriors.
Give me Udoka. I don't care who whinges about it.
