Just had dinner with the Lofton family in Port Arthurt last week while I was on a scouting trip for the women’s airsoft rifle team that I coach.

Very friendly and animated group of people. It’s like eating dinner with the Klumps.

Wow - no Adams or JJJ plus they got in at 3:15 a.m. That's their two leading rebounders, including over 50% of their offensive rebounds and nearly 75% of their blocked shots, in street clothes.

Santi Aldama will take Jackson's spot and I was very impressed with him when these teams played two weeks ago. Aldama was 4-for-6 on 3's and scored 16 points in 20 minutes. He's 6'11". However, he's hitting 44% of his 3's at home against just 29% on the road.

Aldama and Xavier Tillman will get the chance to show they are ready for more minutes and it won't surprise me if they both play very well. At least the Cavs should be ready for Aldama and respect his 3-point shot more this time.

The Grizzlies should be a bit heavy-legged after last night's game and long flight. That should result in a low shooting percentage from deep and maybe some fatigue in the 4th quarter.

This team is up and down, pretty inconsistent, in their offensive production. Not optimistic, with Mitchell still sore, but it all depends on who’s hitting from 3.
