Putting a short guy on Porzingis just allows him to comfortably do what he wants. Shoot over the top of you. That being said, Mobley pretty much has to guard Gafford so that Mobley can be the help guy. If Mobley has to stick to a 3pt shooter then it will be a field day for all Washington players with no JA.

That's how I see it going down. If I was putting together the lineups for this game I'd at least try going with RoLo checking Gafford, Mobley checking Kuzma, and Wade checking Porzingis. Those matchups at least give us a chance to bother guys from getting easy shots from their places of comfort. You can always revert back to Stevens and whoever.

Sorry Okoro I know you been balling out the last couple weeks, and outside of Mobley your our best defender, but I’m going to start Wade, I know he lost in space right now, but this big lineup that only has beaten Detroit in there last 7 games, poses a major threat to us tonight……I’m sure you Will understand, same with you Stevens….We’re going with Lopez because Gafford is a beast down low should have made the all stars……haha,

Washington looks like it'll be a problem for us with rebounding like Philly was. But they don't have Embiid to bother us. Kuzma and Portzingas can give us problems if they're hitting from outside, but they're not much inside threats. Kuzma does cut and run well, so whoever guards him will have to keep up with him.

That's the problem I have with RoLo--he's too slow for any of their front 3. They will run, knowing our fastbreak defense can be weak.

Knowing JBB, he'll keep the same lineup with Mobley, Stevens, Okoro, Mitchell, and Garland. There's a small chance he'll substitute Wade for Okoro. We'll see.

Mitchell and Garland will have to score and defend. If they play as poorly as they did against Philly, we might lose.

I expect LeVert to come off the bench with 30 minutes again, backing up our guards and small forward.

Rubio will make an appearance and maybe Neto.

Here another thing to keep in mind we’re not going to be bouncing the lineup around with 10 games to go, JBB has already said we’re getting our playoff lineup and rotation prepared for the playoffs, including the bench reserves…….Of course injuries will change some of that .

If Allen was ever to miss a playoff game, I could never justify starting the lack of spacing with Okoro, Stevens, and Mobley. You're asking for an early hole, and making it harder on the backcourt.

I know Wade stinks, but this is a time to try and get him back on track and sustain confidence within himself. And if he's a mental midget, we then know who has to get shopped as a throw-in.

I’m actually encouraged lately with Stevens and Okoro 3 ball, they both shooting them with confidence, I believe they were 4 for 6 last game combined…..I’m not saying I want them shooting them in crunch time, but Wade definitely not the answer right now.

FYI my friends, haha…..I’m a big Wade fan, and I hope he comes around starting tonight, but with 10 games to go , I totally understand why JBB is not playing him. Maybe the last 4 games or so we’re not playing for anything, Coach could give him an extended run to see could he be trusted in the playoffs…….
