Actually I think it was more that the Lakers bench is a bunch of G league types.

The 8-1 start has clearly upset some people who are struggling to find things to bitch about. It’s going to be a very disappointing season for jackals who feast on the carcasses of defeat.

Was laughing my ass off at Westbrick who thought he could beat Mobley 1:1 (“Wrong Guy” as Allen put it) or drive the the rim against our interior defense.

Wade has really grown as a defensive player.

Not a good idea to trail the Cavaliers after 3. That 4Q D is brutal to score on.

I don’t think people ENJOY being critical and negative. I should know - I’m often one of the most negative people ON here. Truth is, there are usually good reasons to be negative about Cleveland sports. This is a fun run, and it’s great seeing this team find new ways to win, every time out.

Do I MISS being negative? Not one bit.

Cleveland Cavaliers create Junkyard Dog Award to help celebrate scrappy, hard-nosed style

Instead of briefly addressing the team and then bringing fists together for the usual celebratory breakdown, Bickerstaff unveiled a custom-made gold chain and draped it around Isaac Okoro’s neck.

Bickerstaff, known for his culture-building tactics, came up with the idea. He started the chain-making process months ago. The finished product, designed and created by Jared, was disclosed Saturday night -- a gigantic Cavs “C” logo. It’s gold with numerous jewels and special engravings. The five core values -- details, toughness, together, compete, 1 More -- are featured. “JYD” is on the back. There’s a sprinkling of other intricate details -- a combination of meaningful team markings and other connections to traditions.
