Are you a moron? No shit it wasn't a blow out lol.. Your just a dumbass to believe it. 3 points is a blow out.. yeah ok i was j/p about that. But that got over your head, sorry I'll have to dumb stuff down next time for you.

Also in football you get one shot. I rather see OSU play someone else because that is how football is. This isn't boxing, baseball, basketball, hockey. Football is a one game series. But like I say if they get it in the BCS then fine. I rather see OSU vs Michigan again and another great game then another team come and just have a boring blow out game.

lol you are the dumbest fuk I have ever found. First off you know shit about sports. You say dumb shit like

ohhh...the fake dive play that went over the top was one of the best plays i have seen in a while...if you dont start seeing like 1 of those every couple games in the NFL ill be surprised.

It's called a play action you freaking moron. NFL does that every day. Even the damn PATS do it that you claim your suck a big fan of.

You get dissed in this forum day in and day out. I actually started to feel sorry for you ass but then you try to be a smart ass. Every post you make people make fun of you. Every regular member here has dissed you, put you down because of your dumbass comments.

In all reality I don't know why your damn boston's ass is in here in a CLEVELAND forum not BOSTON CLEVELAND!!! Wait since the Celtics suck my left nut you root for Cleveland. So if Boston sucked and Indians were good you would be a big Indians fan.

Your are a bandwaggon peice of shit that no one EVER takes serious. Go ahead and say something back because I will ignore your ass because your not even worth any more of my time.

Anyways on a serious note.

Who has the best shot at the title as of now? USC right? I mean of course if they win out. But in all honestly I want the best team to play against the OSU. I rather not see a rematch but hey if there the best team let it happen.

If USC or Florida win out they will probably be in the title match. If both lose a game, we're probably looking at a rematch of today's game.

I don't think ND has a shot. UM's only loss was by 3 on the road to the number 1 team in the country, meanwhile the Irish got waxed by UM. It would be pretty hard to pick ND over UM, unless you just don't want to see a rematch at all costs. The only argument for ND (assuming they win next week) is their loss was earlier than UM's.

USC just won tonight. Gators won big against a bad team though. ND shouldn't make it if they even do win next weeek. They lost to UM and they both would have 1 loss so then UM would take it. But I would think if USC goes with only one loss then they would be the team since they had the hardest schedule.

you guys won and I lost

im not saying that the call lost the game for us im just saying that personally in a game like that at the time when it was made,,,if its not called it is 4th and 15 and UM is only down by 4,,,,I wouldnt have made it

But it was made....UM let too many big plays come through to win this game...defense didnt play up to par

Mike hart is the most competitive guy I have ever seen and I think that he is also one of the most emotional guys i have ever seen...you just have to know him....he wants a rematcha dn really so do I....I think our defense played alot better in the 2nd half minus the one big Pttman run and the last drive that really was stuffed but the penalty kept it alive

we won the 2nd half and I think that Hart is saying we figured you guys out....maybe we did maybe we didnt

BUT these are the 2 best teams....PERIOD....it will prolly be USC though

what a game....im still having nightmares about Henne overthrowing a wide open Mario Manningham early int he game.....he was wide open and made the DB look silly and his double move but Henne over threw him

great game that OSU won and Michigan lost end of story

George, I've heard 6 different neutral analysts (watching College Football Final, Sportscenter, etc) say that it was a good call. You wouldn't have made the call, but you're not a professional referee. Their job is to make calls when a player commits an obvious penalty. It doesn't matter if it's inconvenient for the offending team.

In the second half Michigan had Ohio State figured out? I will say it again, I don't know that Michigan stopped the Buckeyes once all night. I remember in the second half several times receivers were hit in the hands and dropped the ball. I remember Smith over throwing a receiver that was wide open. I remember our center suddenly forgetting how to snap a football, TWICE! It isn't like he was doing that off and on all year. He had not had a bad snap all season till the second half saturday. And I remember Troy Smith throwing the ball into triple coverage instead of throwing it away, leading to a pick. If you'll remember, OSU held UM to a three and out after that, but they got a field goal b/c the ball was handed to them at the 25. If the Buckeyes punt, that three and out would of led to no points.

But yeah, I guess Michigan had Ohio State figured out. Hart is now 0-3 vs OSU. That was just sour grapes from a low class wolverine. In every interview I've seen of OSU players after the game they all praised Michigan.

Even if there was a rematch, you really couldn't classify Michigan as the real college football champions.. It's 1/1..

IMO, it would kinda be tainted..Like their split title...

That's one of the problems with a rematch. If UM somehow wins, it will be 1-1, but guess who's the national champion? It's completely unfair to Ohio State.

Wow, they just showed the pre-game "OHIO" ceremony.. That was pretty cool.. I had never seen it live like that.. They certainly are, the best damn band in the land.

Good luck to both sides, but let the best team win!!!

OH
Yeah the band is amazing...but you should've seen the halftime show that they put on. It was simply incredible.

That was by far the best game that I've been to. It blew the Texas game out of the water.

I think the score was closer than the game really was, but I'll give Michigan credit - they made us work for it. Two bad snaps and an uncharacteristic bad decision by Troy Smith kept scUM in the game. Ohio State is clearly the better team if they can still win with a -3 turnover margin.

Michigan is clearly the 2nd best team in the nation, I think they do deserve to play us in the NC game. But I won't be surprised if USC goes ahead of them if they win out because they are only behind in the BCS standings by an extremely slim margin and if they beat Notre Dame it will probably shoot them up because ND is 5th in the BCS standings.

Some of you are saying that if we had a rematch against them that it would HURT the rivalry? Are you kidding? It's the freaking NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP game and its Ohio State vs. Michigan and they are clearly the two best teams in the nation. This would only add even more fire to the rivalry because one team could say that they beat the other in the National Championship game and it would be a game that is never forgotten by either side.

George: So you are saying just because it was late in the game that they shouldn't have called the penalty. It was clearly a helmet to helmet hit, and you JUST CAN'T DO THAT. It was a good call.

Exactly. And that is why I dislike it. Michigan wins then they are championships yet we beat them in the heat of the year? When everyone was warmed up and ready to do. 50 days till the bowl people will get cold and rusty.

Yep. Everyone can see it, even those not biased toward either team like Pip, EXCEPT for George and his Maize and Blue glasses. According to him, that game proved the teams are dead even, and the only reason UM lost was b/c the referees had the gall to throw a flag on an obvious penalty.

Let's say ND wins, Arkansas beats LSU, and Florida wins out. Do the Gators have a shot to move ahead of UM? That would give them victories over FSU (currently 6-5 and unranked) and Arkansas (currently 10-1, #6 in the BCS, with a game vs #10 LSU still on the docket).

I think it would be really, really close between UF and UM. Maybe too close to call. I guess the nature of their victories could be a factor. If Florida eeks by those teams they won't move ahead of michigan in the polls, and they'd be locked out. They probably need to stomp both teams to leap Michigan.

Actually, now that I'm looking at remaining schedule, if USC loses and Arkansas wins out, the hogs would almost certainly leap michigan for #2 in the computer polls. However, I don't see Arkansas jumping Michigan in the human polls. It's not fair, but just in general when you think Arkansas you think decent to good team, and when you think Michigan you think good to great team. The human bias toward the obviously better program keep UM ahead of the hogs.
