Harrison Barnes WILL MAKE 6 TEAMS PAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If that Iguodala heave went in, he was about to be feasted on by the media.

Barnes as a stretch 4 is an interesting wrinkle: not sure how that will work against Duncan and the Spurs. Wish Kyrie would get his teammates as many open looks as Curry has been getting his. Kyrie is a good passer but doesn't seem to like to pass it out to 3 point line on dribble penetration.

interesting that both porter and bennet have better numbers than barnes. Porter raised his 3 point percentage from 24 as a freshman to 42% as a sophomore. Bennet shot 38% as a freshman.

i think the cavs will have a shot at one of these guys this year, and I dont see how they pass. I am still leaning toward Bennet, but Porter would not be a mistake. In either case they would be at least as solid at SF as they might have been with barnes, and possibily better off, as both were playing without star points and had to create thier own shots more than barnes.

No idea why so many were in love with MKG. Barnes was always the best player in my mind.

Not sure why we care about how Barnes is doing when we're getting the best player in the NBA back in 2014?

He's amazing......

Dion waiters is so much better lol... Trading up to get Barnes last year would've allowed us to grab Len this year though.

LOL at 26 shot attempts. 9/26.

Just to put this into perspective, 505 times a player has attempted 26+ FG's in a playoff game since 1986. Only 68 of those times has said player scored 26 or fewer points in the game. Furthermore, only 32 of the times has the player failed to make at least 10 of those shot attempts. While there are some good and even great names on that list, it's not exactly a good list to join. Oddly enough for Pip, Patrick Ewing is on there four times. He must love inefficiency :chuckles:

what the discussion here the only players i take over waiters is drummond and davis, i will go on record saying waiters will be the 3rd best player from this draft outside those 2 and barnes wont be top 5.

I don't know what all the "LOL @ 9/26 shooting" is all about. I think Barnes is playing great given his age, NBA experience(or lack thereof), increased pressure for playoffs, and a veteran team he's facing in the Spurs. Hell, four of those shots that he missed go in and he's shooting 50 percent...

I think Dion ends up being the better player, but Barnes will be a good player.

Regular season 25.4 minutes 9.2 points 4.1 rebounds 43.9 FG%
Postseason 39.1 minutes 15.9 points 6.6 rebounds 45.5 FG%

On the whole the Warriors have to be encouraged that he has at least answered the call in the playoffs as he has been asked to do more and increase his role. Still only 20 years old you have to think the confidence gained from a strong post-season will be a spring board into next year for him.

For as pedestrian as he was in the regular season, it could have easily gone the other way with him totally flaming out with the increased pressure and better competition.

I'm not really sure what your point is.
