What you guys like to put in your smoothies these days?
I've been going with 2 scoops vanilla protein, 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, handful each of pineapple, mango, strawberries, 1 banana, 1 tsp of tameric, 1 tsp ginger, ice cubes, cup of kale, cup of spinach, and half cup of walnuts.
I usually skip breakfast during the week and fast from 8pm - 12pm. I feel good, don't over eat at night, and I share half of the blender with a roommate. I'm at 210 moving around, aiming for the 10k steps a day thing, now and hoping to get 170-180 again, then start lifting. Not sure if I'm doing it the wrong way or not, but I feel good throughout the day since incorporating that smoothie.
