What are your favorite hobbies you like to do in your free time? Recently went through a break up and have been out to try a lot of new shit, learn what makes me tick more.

Recently picked up cycling and I am completely addicted. Planning to eventually try to hit a century ride over the next year or so (my fitness has gone to shit other than the odds and ends hoops pick up game once a month ish) but I've been riding this damn bike every day.

I will say, I was decently depressed for a while and didn't really do much. Feels good to dive back into shit that makes me feel good.

Looking to learn to snowboard this winter, going to give Archery a go, and wine making are some that are currently on my list.

Anyone have any wacky or weird ones they're into? I might try to dive into learning Sleight of Hand.....

Reading, Poker, Board Games (euro style), vinyl collecting, and lifting tend to take up the majority of my hobby time.

I really want to get into Go, so if anyone plays and wants to teach a newb, I’m open to learning.

Really want to get into archery, but like, old school archery. I was watching it at the last Olympics and the cyborg looking compound bows that they use look like they take the fun out of it.

Yeah I'm not into that shit, I like a recurve bow.

I think it would be fucking sick to learn horse back archery.

I like golf, fishing, swimming, hiking and other camping style stuff, but lately making music has become #1. As I get older, it's great to have a hobby that's challenging, mentally stimulating, and satisfying without wearing out my body further. I had previously been big-time into basketball, racquet ball, volleyball and such so I needed a time filler beyond partying. And a little beer and weed works well with guitars.

People can bring an album and make their case to go on the wall and what comes off.

(A bottle of scotch or bourbon can usually help bolster their argument.)

that's on my list of things to try. I've been playing ping pong quite a bit in VR (the game is called Eleven), which is a pretty close simulation to real life ping pong and went to play tennis with my sons a couple of times this summer.

Pretty sure you’re over 50, so you’ll have a built-in advantage.
