Kind of a side note but Walmart plus might be like Amazon prime for the consumer but for the drivers it's pretty bad. They rely on drivers to do small batch deliveries and have been squeezing them where it's probably not even profitable to do it. Amazon will do full van loads for their drivers while Walmart plus basically will do a couple deliveries at a time. Wait times can be horrible for drivers to pick up items.

Also people don't know when some items are coming from a delivery driver or UPS/FedEx when the order is marked to be shipped so drivers can't even get tips on those.

Walmart delivery on groceries can be profitable for drivers if people tip but Walmart markets Walmart plus like Amazon prime so people don't usually tip the drivers. Walmart will have to evolve their delivery system and probably soon if they want to have drivers to deliver stuff from their stores.
