I always imagine the crabs screaming whilst being boiled.
 
So I had a glorious marijuana brownie the other evening... I just laughed and starred at titties and snacked on Rolds Golds peanut butter covered pretzels and nachos....best dish in a minute...

Tried making that once, probably nine years ago. I don't think I did it right because it wasn't potent at all. I do know that is a damn good way to transport your buzz on a plane.
 
My ex wife made me some before I moved...what a bitch !!! :)

This took the longest to make. I had to start with making the brownies first, then the chocolate sauce and then the caramel sauce. All by scratch, by the way.

And now I'm fat and am currently doing my RCF "homework" and watching "Caddyshack". And if I don't like it, I'll let you all know.

I respect your competitive spirit, Nicky. I don't do desert, because I believe high quality scotch is sufficient after a meal. That beacony Godsend of a main course looks amazing.

Will post my spread for the wife's Oscar party this Sunday... Not as impressive as the past few years since we aren't hosting for as large a group... She needs more girly/flaming gay male friends to do girly things with I guess. But, this is always a big chef weekend for me.

I have an extreme sweet tooth, and rarely drink any alcohol. I'm a baker before a cook. Desserts take great effort. I actually want to do a Cinnabon next. But I'll wait a month or so.
 
Today I'll be baking 2 King Cakes in time for Fat Tuesday. And no, not taking the easy way out and doing the crescent roll version. Have the dough rising as we speak.


Replicated Longhorns Garlic Parmesean chicken for my wife last night. Made Dauphenois potatoes and steamed asparagus as the sides.
 
Here are the knock off Chickfila sandwiches we made. They turned out a lot better than I expected. Very good, tasted almost exactly like chickfila.

Anyone have any experience with those hot air fryers? My girlfriends mom is considering buying one. Been reading up on them and they seem pretty neat and versatile if a bit gimmicky.

We used to do softshell crabs at this one joint I worked in. They were so fresh that every now and then they'd be swimming in the batter before you dropped them in the grease. So tasty.
 
Crabs do scream when you boil them alive. I like to allow them some floor time in the kitchen first, create the illusion of escape, then snatch them with tongs ass first and drop them in. Delicious!

I did homemade pizzas for the Oscar party. One is cheese pizza for the kids, the other is bacon blue cheese.
