I don't mean to make a jinx thread, since I'm not saying the Cavs will make it to the Finals. But if they do, how much do you think a nose bleed seat cost? I'm wondering because I might be out of town during the Finals, but will try to stay if I have any chance of being able to go.

If you're somehow lucky enough to snag regular priced tickets, pretty sure they'll start at around $80 for nosebleed end seats. But, those won't likely be available for more than about 2 or 3 minutes.

If you buy Flash Seats / StubHub / Private Seller, my guess is they'll start around $350-400/ticket for nosebleeds on the end and go up from there.

My seasons ticket's prices grew 5 times when we went to the finals in '07

I bought game J (game 3, first @ The Q) for the 2007 finals against the Spurs from I think StubHub. I paid $350 per ticket.....Section 209 (upper-deck mid-court), row 9.

In 2007, my Dad purchased 2 tickets to the Game 3 of the Finals through Flashseats. The seats were pretty good (sec. 106, row 26) and they weren't in the lower bowl, but were sort of in the middle. They ran $500 a piece plus $100 service charge per ticket (so $1200 for 2 tickets). I would imagine that the Finals prices would be absolutely insane if we get to them (knock on wood). I wouldn't be surprised to see nosebleeds going for $500 a piece, espeically if its against the Lakers.

You got ripped off. For game 3 of the finals, I got lower levels, sec 104 for $120 a piece. It's all about when you buy it and where.

I bought game 6 ECF tickets in 07, during game 5. Bought them for very close to face value. By the time the cavs won game 5, leading up to and on game day they were easily worth 8x. The cheapest to get in game day was $250+

That big of a jump? I got tix for corner nosebleed @ the ECF last year for about $65 a pop.

Since I live in SoCal, my tickets to a Cavs/Lakers finals would likely require a mortgage.

You got a freaking steal then.

The cheapest face value for a nosebleed ticket in the Finals this year, even for season ticket holders is more than that.

Just as you said, its all about when you buy them - thus, I didn't get ripped off, because that's what the going price was at the time. When did you buy your finals tickets?

Really?

That was of course before fees...I got two tix, total was about $160 if I recall correctly.

Remember, it could have been Game 5 of the semifinals, but we swept. Dunno if that means anything.

This was off stubhub btw

Paid $1,400 combined for two (2) 10th row seats behind the basket for Game 3 of the 2007 Finals. My brother and I went.

Did we overpay? Yes. Was it something I'll remember for the rest of my life, even though we lost? Yes...you bet your ass I'll never forget being there for the first Finals game ever with my brother in Cleveland.

I heard this year all finals tickets are free!

But the viewing party is in Orlando.
