Jemele Hill CRUSHING Dan Gilbert

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Bull fucking shit. Fuck Jamele Hill. She doesn't know one damn thing about what's going in the hearts and minds of crushed Cavs fans right now. He bitch slapped the Cavs organization on national television with millions of people watching, he should be able to take some criticism back, especially from an owner of an organization and a city that has been dealt blows for a long time (remember Carlos Loozer?). Fact is, he could have done it in a much more humble way. The organization and team that made him a global icon, multi millionaire, and hometown hero didn't deserve that, plain and simple. But LeBron, he deserves what was said, and this has been dragging on for a while, because the Cavs could have made moves, done things to adjust earlier this off season rather then take this blow and be stuck in mediocrity with no current direction post LeBron. Granted the Cavs will be back and that's for certain, right now, he's left them and a city in peril and it isn't fair to the fans nor is it fair for those who stuck up for his bullshit for this many years.

Listen, I think every athlete is a primadonna, Kobe went off in 2007 and threw his teammates under the bus, that was uncalled for. Jordan had his wrong doing and Tiger's image is forever tarnished. But one thing those guys are above all else is loyal to their respective franchises. There will be rough pathces along the time, hell, MJ retired for two years, came back to Chicago and lifted them back to glory. You can always say that those guys poured their hearts into their franchise to win, and never left when the going got tough. But LeBron, he chose the easy way out, and I have no doubt in my mind that the Miami Mega Team has championships ahead, you can't deny that, but at what cost? The cost of the hearts of those who loved him above everything else, the hearts of those who stuck by him even after the failures, when he would seldom take the blame. The hearts of those who believed in him. What do the people in Miami know about treating a hometown hero who was destined for greatness with his hometown team? Him winning 1 title would have been more impressive had he done it in Cleveland then winning multiple titles riding the coattails of Wade and Bosh. And he will be a champion, but at the cost of the hearts of Clevelanders and Ohio natives who believed in him above everyone else. The children who looked up to him as their hero, they're hometown hero, loved and reverred by many, a man who grew in the eyes of his most loyal fans, you know, the one's who reside in Ohio.

You can never change what has happened, you can never take back LeBron's words, you can never change the course of history as we know it, because he set his bed and he now has to lay in it. So people, including Hill, shouldn't get butt hurt when the backlash against him comes to fruition. He's been coddled by the media for too long, so maybe these same critics should look in the mirror and realize that they were just as much the problem as anybody else. But the people who were always known as the one's he could fall back on have now had their backs turned against him. It's a crazy world we will live, and the unfortunate fact for Cavs fans this morning is that LeBron will no longer be a part of their everlasting, shining bright world. Which is a shame, it really is a shame...But, the great state of Ohio and it's great residents will move on, with their hearts on their sleeve and their pride in tact, that will never be taken away, not by LeBron, not by anyone.

Watching ESPN's BS the last 2 weeks it became obvious they know nothing about the Cavs, their roster, their organization, their recent history both leading up to and right after LeBron, and the moves they could make or did make.

Sad that an outlet that is the source of info for many on the national sports scene lacks so much knowledge but at the same time gladly shares their ignorance.

I find it a bit odd that 99% of the media nation wide is on the side of Gilbert and Cleveland. The only ones I've seen defending Lebron are ESPN people...Not surprising...

Jemele Hill is not the type of person who'd fight back.

If she got raped, she would not only silently take it, but she'd blow her attacker afterwards.
