I'll admit I didn't pay close attention to Kawhi's game until this postseason. I mean, I knew he was good and his style but I never locked in on him the way you do for a centerpiece star. He's really impressive. His incredibly long arms and giant hands are that extra superpower edge that lifts him up to being a potential all-time great. He covers the space of two players on defense, and he effortlessly extends his arms above defenders to make midrange shots. He is incredibly smooth out there, one of those players who does not really give the sensation of effort when he's dominating a game. Taking him out of the San Antonio system has made it easier to appreciate his individual skills.
