Anyone wanna share the rest if you have insider?

I think it'd be a huge kick in the chicklets to lose the coin flip...I want to trade down potentially or at least pilfer 1 pick off the Bucs and fake like we're about to deal it to the Vikes so they can take Johnson. It's always advantageous to your drafting to have the best player available there when you pick.

Everyone and they momma know Tampa love them some CJ21 :chuckles:

Couple things:

I just don't see us taking a QB, so I don't agree with that pick.

I dont see why the Dolphins would take a WR that early, let alone Ginn over Jarrett. Their WR corps isnt that bad. CHambers, Booker and Welker...they can win with that. No way they take a WR.

Not a chance in hell the Pats take a WR, they can find bottom of the barrel WRs and make them good. They don't waste their draft picks on WRs.

WRs are a dime a dozen and his mock has 7 taken in the first round....that is very questionable.

The only way I justify Ginn at 9 is maybe they want to open things up a bit with a burner for McMichaels and Chambers over the middle?

Maybe they want to try to get a solid WR or potentially convert him to DB or get the next Devin Hester?

I didn't agree with that...

I could see us go QB if we add say...a Steinbach and a Turner other then that...no chance unless it's Russell. Savage has a close relationship with J-Mac

I think Ginn could be a Hester or former Hall, but we have Cribbs who gets the job done. I still think Thomas is our guy, but AP or Johnson would be nice in the Orange and Brown as well.

It's kiper, what do you expect mac

that was a horrible mock.

Kiper is usually never correct with his picks..

I only listen to what he says because he is one of the few people who study the draft 24/7 in the public eye. Some of the time he's spot on other times he's miles off..

There is no way we get Turner, I still understand why people even mention that guys name.

Nobody is right with Mocks, ever. Kiper is pretty respected, so take it for what it's worth.

They have Welker, one of the leagues best return men, so another reason I don't see why the Dolphins would even look at Ginn.

Notice how the only problems mac has is with the OSU players.

browns need alot on offence, i still say u need to take quinn if he is there. then go after so OL if u dont trade for any.

anyone know if bentley will play next year??? I heard he will need to go back under the knife. dont know if thats true.

I don't have a problem, but I want Sears or Staley in the second round either way...nomatter if Quinn is our pick or not.

i know people are gonna hate me talking about a team other then the Browns, but as a pats fan, id be excited as hell if he we got Gonzalez, and i believe i told CDT a while back id like to see him on the patriots.

Does anyone else here think Ginn isn't going to be that good of a pro?

His 170 frame scares me. He's been healthy in his career so far, but I'd question his durability at the next level, where DBs hit like college LBs.

Even if he stays healthy, I think there's a very real chance that he could end up just being a solid #2 WR. If you draft a WR in the first round (and that's where he's going to go), you want a #1. #2 WRs are pretty easy to get off the street.

He should be a good returner though (again, if healthy). He tied the Big Ten record for punt return TDs, and he did that in 3 years with every one kicking away from him (ie. very few chances).

If he does end up just a #2 WR, it's possible he could be moved to CB where he could be a #1 CB. A #1 CB has much more value than a #2 WR, and everyone says he's been playing out of position at OSU, that he's a much better CB.
