Yeah, Houston is a MUCH tougher game on Sunday - plus tomorrow is a conference game. I'm much more concerned with exacting revenge tomorrow and winning than I am Sunday. Although I James Harden is easily my least favorite superstar level player... so maybe I'm lying. I want both. I'm greedy.

Not a great game from Kyrie. Tried to lay back initially and believed that his time would come. When it didn’t, I felt like he pressed a bit. Not horrible, but a good learning experience. What I liked was the fact that he didn't continue to press after making a bad play, instead he tried to revert back to the offense.

Was he guarding Curry most of the night? Watched on a stream, quality was horrible.

He said his shoulder was "OK" in a hesitant voice, was happy to finish the game, said he'd go to get treatment, hopefully fly to Indiana but him being healthy is the most important thing.

Look, when I watch Kyrie the two things that pop into my head are "Tommy" by the who (pinball wizard) and Roy Hobbs (The Natural). He's one of the most gifted basketball players, all things considered, that I've ever seen. My expectations are high. I expect him to read the game, pick his times to attack, set up teammates, etc. He has the skill to be a net positive every game, and to do so while playing at an efficiency that is at an elite level. He didn't do all of that tonight.

Yes. By necessity.

Smith and Shumpert had their hands full guarding Thompson. If one of them rotated over to Curry then that puts Kyrie on Thompson. Thompson is too long for Kyrie to guard.

Well that sucks. Every after great LeBron game, it's Kyrie who does the bulk of scoring. Better to rest him and give false hopes to Indiana.
