OK my player summary;
* LeBron James : Played hard, but forced his offense. Bowen definately won this matchup. Not blaming LeBron here, as he made some tremendous plays. I just have the bar set high for him.
* Larry Hughes : Looked good, but the ball just would not drop. After this he seemed to go into his shell when we needed help. Not a great start to his Cav career.
* Zydrunas Ilgauskas : Played good defense on Duncan. Jump shot not fallling but was tireless in the paint. Spurs had numbers on Z, and really allowed no second chances for the big unit.
Drew Gooden : Man this guy confuses me. He makes these tremendous plays at both ends. But he just makes bad defensive decions. He is clueless on the pick'n'roll. He tried very very hard and tried to spark us. A for effort, execution B on some occasions and F on others.
Eric Snow : Defensively his usual solid self. At least attempted some shots, but needs to find his niche. Forced Parker to work at one end only.
Donyell Marshall : Played good defense and was active on the boards. Unfortunately like most the squad fell short on offense.
Damon Jones : Tried his heart out to spark the offense to little success. Was abused by parker at the other end. Looks like a 2 guard out there.
Sasha Pavlovic : Looked ok in his first stint, but no shots came his way. Worked hard off the ball. Did little in garbage time.
Zendon Hamilton : Really makes things happen. Very uncontentional, but moderately successful.
Alan henderson : Was extremely transparent out there.
Luke Jackson : Looked energetic in minutes but the game was a scrapfest in his time on court. Still hasn't done anything to jump past Sasha on the rotation.
Mike Wilks : Effort was there, but looked out of his depth. maybe it was returning to San Antonio and the whole ring thing.
Mike Brown : Seemed to accept everything. A tad concerned with that.....anyways.....
