Exclusive sneak-peek from the much-talked-about McDonalds commercial featuring Dwight Howard and LeBron James. For those who remember the 1993 version, this might look familiar. Tune in to CBS before the kickoff of Super Bowl XLIV to see the rest!

More information: NBA stars Dwight Howard and LeBron James, both former McDonalds All Americans, star in a remake of the iconic 1993 Super Bowl commercial The Showdown, which featured Hall-of-Famers Michael Jordan and Larry Bird in trick-shot competition for a Big Mac® sandwich wherein the first one to miss, watches the other one eat. The new commercial titled Check This pits James against Howard in their own unique take on the battle for a Big Mac. The TV ad also features the reappearance of Larry Bird. Joe Pytka, commercial director for McDonalds original 1993 Super Bowl spot, also filmed the latest remake. Check This was filmed in Indianapolis at Conseco Fieldhouse in early January, 2010.

Hahaha, as much as it's true Dwight can't shoot FTs, I'm so tempted to bring up a certain game of a certain time, but I feel like I'd get banned just for mentioning it :X

anyways, hopefully this commercial is a lot better, and includes crazy dunks as well (oh, and hopefully it doesn't end up with people putting Howard down trying to compare him to Bird...)

Seems pretty cool.

Dwight: I'll play you for it
Lebron: For my lunch?
Dwight: First one to miss, watches the other eat
Dwight: No Post moves!

The way Dwight said "Watchu got in the bag" was hilarious it reminded me of

Thankfully it does not look like Lebron will be wearing a hideous outfit like Jordan was in his commercial.

Bron: "Aight, next move - a five foot jump hook"
Dwight: "Fuck, take my goddamn fries"

Why didnt they get DWade or Melo for this commercial?

Major rep for the first guy that posts the video in this thread. I want to see LeBorn beat Dwight.

I get the feeling instead of Bird saying "no dunking", Dwight will say "only dunking" or something like that.

Wouldn't make much sense having Dwight shooting jumpers. Not that it really matters though.
