LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This is absolutely ridiculous.

If this was all planned, LeBron wouldn’t have been as pissed off and annoyed after the game as he was.

I didn't think he was pissed off or annoyed, except at Roda.

He most certainly was. He even went back and forth with a fan who was heckling him while he was waiting to go to the interview room. Usually LeBron is much more restrained in letting that stuff go.

Hmm, fair enough then. He said in his interview that he wasn't glad they lost but that it was actually not a bad thing and would be good to get their attention/refocus.

I'd rather believe LeBron threw the game than believe he had a mental game. I thought he got past that? This wasn't an ordinary bad game. He either threw the game or basically choked... or what I prefer, mentally fell a part. I refuse to believe he hasn't gotten over that stage of his career. If he's still capable of mentally breaking I'm concerned for the finals. Plus what could have been the trigger? There's always a trigger.

Maybe its him playing the entire 2nd half finally caught up to Lue and LeBron and he simply had dead legs.

Do you guys not remember game 4 in the finals in 2015? He was just as bad. He just had a better rebounding game.

He scored 0 in the 4th and the Cavs were only down 6 going into it. Did he choke? Did purposely tank the game? Or was it just one of those games LeBron ran outta gas?

My last post for all the Cleveland Conspiracy Theorist and Over Reactors to one game.

LeBron scored 7 points on 2 of 10 in the ECF vs. the Pacers his last year in Miami. They ended up losing by 3. I remember a lot of people on Realgm talking about it. I so happened to view their main page and I don't recall seeing as much negativity there as I do here. From both the main page or the team board.

He just had a bad day. There's no reason to make it more than what it is.

The game against the Pacers was 100% an Ed Malloy ref job. He called LeBron for more fouls than I've ever seen LeBron get in such a short period of time. LeBron only played 24 minutes and had 5 fouls.

I'm not worried about his performance, he will bounce back. But it would be nice if when we are up double digits he got some additional rest rather than playing the almost entire game.

No, he should play 48 minutes right? LEbron controls his minutes and he gets stronger the more he plays.. or that's what i'm told whenever I bring this up :O

You forget Total Games played are more important than Average Minutes.
He only played 11 Games in like 1.5 Months.. Thats on average like 1 Game every 4 Days. As someone said .. he should actually be more rested that he has been in a long time. And it really looks like it in the 10 Games before.. he often barley did break a sweat and it was really effortless. Wich makes me believe it was the Effort that was the Problem.

He propably just was a bit too relaxed because damn we crushed them by 44 and our Bench! even made it 50 briefly.. IN Boston.. I can understand that after such a Game even a guy like Lebron loses his Focus.. and we all know as Lebron goes.. we go.

Dude he's 32. He's played 50,000 mins in his career. That prior rest means nothing the day of the game when your body just doesn't have it.

I'm not saying he wasn't relaxed. I'm saying he just didn't have another gear in him that day. It happens.

Who the hell knows why he was so bad, but it's all moot after tonight. Cavs win by 25 tonight. And then, as he is wont to do, he rips out Celtics' fans hearts in game 5. It's one extra game and that's not going to be any type of difference maker against the Warriors.

CHOKED? Seems logical that a guy with the mental fortitude to come back down 1-3 in the NBA Finals on the biggest stage against a 73 win team in a fucking historically epic fashion would "choke" against the IT-less Boston Celtics led by Bradley, J Crowder, and Olynk. Yeah, seems logical. :conf (9):

The only real concern I have about LeBron is that his three point shooting and free throw shooting have come back down to Earth after he was red hot from both in the Raptors series. The Cavs desperately need LeBron to be efficient from deep and from the charity stripe in the Finals. Otherwise the Warriors will go under on everything and hack him on every drive.

He had dead legs at the opening tip? After a day off and playing 30 minutes the last game? I guess it's possible. He's no spring chicken.
