LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Bucks wouldn't make that move.

The Knicks would...and it's not a bad setup for the post LeBron era

Kristaps
Love
Cedi
Monk
Kyrie

Not happening though. I don't think LeBron is going anywhere, I don't think he'd want to help take away talent to any team he'd go to. However, in a weird way I could see him wanting to **** over Phil, lol.

It isn't that crazy of a trade thought. However you would be better getting the Lakers involved and have them give up 2 and another pick to NY.

Basically it would be something like Rose and Lebron to LA. Porzingis to Cleveland, TT and some filler to NY with picks and maybe the Cavs pick up a pick in the process.

That gives the Lakers
Rose
Ingram
Lebron
Randal
Zubac

The Knicks would have
Ball
Lee
Melo
TT
Noah

Plus some more picks to help rebuild

The Cavs would have
Kyrie
JR
Cedi
Love
Porzingis

It doens't look too bad but I doubt all three teams invovled would do it. If there was a way for Melo to go to LA with Lebron I think the deal happens. The issue comes in would anyone have the balls to make that type of a trade?

LeBron would veto it and just go sign wherever he wants instead of the team losing assets. No trade clause is King.

I doubt he would veto a trade to LA especially if he has the pieces around him. Also he isn't going to leave money on the table. So if Lebron is going to leave it is in a sign and trade scenario where he can get the most money out of it.

ESPN Cleveland is discussing trading Lebron

Said they'd move him to New York for Kristaps and the 8th pick or Milwaukee for Giannis

:chuckle::chuckle::chuckle::chuckle::chuckle::chuckle::chuckle::chuckle:

The Cavs need to get a commitment that LeBron is staying and will re-sign here. If he refuses to do this they should absolutely look into trading him. We can't afford to have the best player on the planet walk away from us for a second time with basically no compensation in return. It devastated the franchise the first time and would have the same effect once again.

The Cavs are looking squarely at a $70 million luxury tax bill, due to the repeater tax. Their tax bill will continue to double every year and, eventually, ownership is going to draw the line on spending.

Since this is all fantasy why not deal him to LAL for Ingram and #2,,,
flip 2 for Butler,,,
Kyrie
Jr
Butler
Love
TT Ingram off the bench....with Cedi,,,gives you two scary athletic young wing guys.

The trade ideas were fun because the Knicks are a disaster and maybe LeBron would enjoy wrecking their franchise more. However, these Lakers or whoever trades make no sense..

He would because it would be a bad basketball decision. LeBron makes decisions based off of winning. He's not gonna let a team trade a good asset for him. 0% chance.

Btw...I'm not interested in trading LBJ at all. Not even a discussion really. I can't believe people are even suggesting it

We have gone from getting PG and Butler in trades to trading LeBron. The fuck, guys! :chuckle:

You don't trade LeBron...unless he asks for it. You can't even approach a team until he gives you the go ahead.

Windy brought this up a long while back.

Hypothetically.

If LeBron had waited until 2015 to join the Cavs would it have been better long term?

That's a lot of what ifs. Too many young players were traded the second we got him. Whose to say, those same trade targets are there? Love is probably not here if we awaited an extra year.
