I trust him more about LeBron than Windy...
He said a Cavs teammate told him that Love/LeBron needed to go out to dinner and hash everything out. Turns out thats exactly (well almost) what happened. He also said that LeBron doesnt like this perception that he's playing general manager and coach (shots at Windy). It was a crucial part in him signing according to Broussard.
Sauces may be the guy who everyone lies too. But Windy has been out of the loop on LeBron for years.
This feels to me that after being a joke throughout the DJ Mavs/LA mess and getting called out by Cuban specifically, Brouss called in a favor (or was given a gift) to claw back some credibility.

Don't count on it. Apples and oranges. TT doesn't want $18 mil THIS season. He can't get $18 mil this season. It would be closer to $16 mil and go up over the five years.

The past couple weeks alone Windhorst has said Love wants out...Will likely sign elsewhere...Thompson deal is done...LeBron will wait until Thompson deal is done. Just brutal with how inaccurate he has been.
Throw that in with his inside info from last summer: LeBron is staying with the Heat. Kyrie wants out. Kyrie will not re-sign with the Cavs. LeBron and Kyrie dont want to play together. LeBron wont play with ball dominant PG (While he lists LAC and Chi as Lebron options, huh? Are their PGs not ball dominant?). LeBron and Kyrie dont like each other. If LeBron comes back it wont be with Kyrie on the Cavs. Heat had a better draft than the Cavs. LeBron still not leaving Heat even when everyone else was saying it was happening, etc.
Broussard has by far the best LeBron info because he is good friends with Paul. Also, at least Broussard is honest when he is being fed stuff by certain teams/agents. He doesnt try to hide being a mouthpiece for certain teams/players/agents like guys like Woj or Stein.

Not that simple. in this market, where every team was flush with cash to spend over the next few years, no RFA has received a formal offer sheet from another team. Couple that with the fact that all teams no TT is LeBrons boy. I don't think it reflects positive or negative on Rich Paul

Good - LBJ signing pretty much eliminates TT's leverage and makes it much more likely we get him at a market value contract or at worst the QO.

That's TECHNICALLY not correct.... He doesn't have full bird rights NOW, he WILL have them in 2017-18. So, the second half of the tweet is true but right now he'll be re-signing on the non-Bird exception. You have to wait 3 years after changing teams through free agency before you have full Bird rights.
