Dude was keen as hell to get his message across. A message that gave the city of Cleveland a bit of a cash injection to kick-start Cleveland's "LeBron Economic Boom" and really isn't that funny anymore because everyone knows he's been trying to put some sort of advertisement like this out for a couple of weeks now.

I just hope he is done now. If he sends someone to be "on the ground" at Lebron's event and puts their safety in danger then he should be fired. The billboards were just a cute little stunt and no big deal. Thanks for the money, now go away...
