I have a theory that Blatt has been trying to reduce Kyrie's minutes of late. Tonight he never brought Irving back out in the 4th and just left James in a few minutes more. I'd like to see James more around 32-33 mins/game but it's worth noting that James is averaging 36.2 mpg, which is easily the lowest mpg of his career. He was never below 37.5 in Miami.
Generally Blatt has been trying to control James' minutes.
How much of that is controlling his minutes and how much of it is the Cavs blowing teams out more frequently than when he was in Miami?
