LeBron Leaves Arena Without Talking to Media....

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Pretty sure MJ didn't.

There is this "lore" around MJ nowadays....but the fact is MJ was a bitter, bitter loser....perhaps one of the poorest losers in the history of sports.

Saying he wasn't means you likely ONLY saw him win or didn't see him play at all and are only speculating.

I've followed MJ since his NC days and have watched most of his games. I don't ever recall him not congratulating the other team. I don't know about Kobe, though. However, I can just see it now, the Kobe nut suckers, who will bring this up when the Kobe vs Lebron issue comes up. They'll say "if that was Kobe who just walked off the floor he would get crucified by all the LBJ fans". I hate to say it, but they would have a point.

LeBron is upset, angry and dissapointed.

He wanted a championship this year and he came up short.

Leave the guy alone so he can regroup, refocus and be ready for next season bigger and better !

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA This is for the fact that that your fans came and talked shit on Boston forums. At least we pulled to 7 WITHOUT KG or Leon Powe. You had a full healthy roster and cleveland lived up to there choking history. Your like the little engine that never could! HAHAHAHA LBJ will leave cleveland I guarentee it! Next stop Madison Square Garden!:chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles:

And Mo Williams is a joke "We'll win the series I guarantee it!!;)" What a loser!

*INB4 PIP's ban rifle.

I gotta say this is a sad morning.. I bet its even harder on the players and bron.. just give it time to heal.

Some local media going pretty hard after LeBron (Rhoda, Goldhammer, etc.). Goldhammer was just talking about how behind closed doors LeBron acts like a 24 year old, not the mature guy we see in public, clearly implying James is immature.

Pretty pathetic IMO. I don't mind that these guys are idiots but they shouldn't be representing the city, particularly Goldhammer who's a grade A douchebag.

EDIT - and Goldhammer says that the Cavs need to bring in someone with maturity and experience who LeBron will listen to. Ugh, sorry, I shouldn't even be talking about this jokester.

i'd be dissapointed too. This team was supposed to win a ship.

THIS is what I was talking about, not even 24hrs later and they are already going after LeBron, questioning his maturity, if they watched him or listened to him all season, they'd know how mature he really is. If he was really immature, you'd have seen post-game, like when Shaq decides to call out players and coaches cause he lost.

Exactly. LeBron wants to win more than anything else. That's what drives him. These are the same guys who argue that LeBron doesn't have that same drive to win as guys like Jordan. LeBron uses loosing as motivation to get back in the gym and work. He was pissed after they got swept by the Spurs, but he didn't just sulk around. He used the anger from loosing to get back in the gym the next day.

The media really needs to make up their minds, do they want a super driven LeBron or do they want a guy who is 'Mature'. And what is their definition of 'Mature' anyway? LeBron was already mad from losing the series, was about to go congratulate Howard, when Howard jacked a last second 3 point shot. LeBron needed a few minutes to gather himself after that. Knowing that he might regret some of the things he'd say, he went out to the team bus. That's maturity. LeBron isn't one of the guys getting into trouble off the court. He's not one of the guys hitting teammates on the bench. He's not even one of the guys demanding to be traded or for his team to get him help or he's leaving. He's not even calling his coach out in the media. Yet He's the only one being called out for being immature. It sounds like the media didn't get the quotes they wanted from LeBron at the end of the season, and now since they feel LeBron cost them their story, they're going after him and his maturity level. Honestly it sounds like these media guys are the ones who could use some maturity, not LeBron.

Uh he IS 24. He is the MVP, we won more games than ever , rolled through the playoffs up until we ran into a better team. Lebron is doing fantastic!! Give him a little space! He is not perfect, he is human.

He should act like a 24 year old behind close doors. What truly shows maturity is how he handles himself in the public eye because that's when a lesser man would lose his cool and go off on his coach or teammates kind of like that whiny little bitch Howard did to his own coach. Trust me, the last few seasons with Mike Brown as coach provided several opportunities to do just that.

A lot of people are acting like he didn't congratulate the Magic because he was pissed at them. First the media and now... even players like Billups? ... the **ck? He was obviously very upset and disappointed that they lost this series and didn't feel like doing anything right at that moment. He tried to congratulate Howard, but that fool was so happy he was going to the Finals, he probably even forgot his damn name.

Sure, the professional thing would have been to stick around for the press conference and answer questions, but when someone takes a hit like that, when they really weren't expecting it, they just need some alone time.

The Pistons did the same after they got swept this playoffs, not wanting to talk to reporters after the game, and I for one understand that. Sometimes losing a series can be a big hit. Especially when it happens to the team that's been a big favorite to win the championship.

lebron should have congratulated the Orlando players but I dont think he should of talk to the media. its better to gather your thoughts before you speak. he was clearly upset. d west also refused to speak to reports, does that make him immature also?

Let's not act like LeBron did no wrong by not talking to the Media.
