Lebron Recruits Jawad

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I am actually intrigued by Hot Wad and want to see him as our Starting SF next season. Call me crazy

Mo Will growing some balls with that tweet!!! Why not make it an hour long special if we will match the offer or not.

Mo's always had balls. It's one of the unfortunate myths that was created as part of the big Lebron doesn't have a team around him myth. Lebron had a team that won him 66 and 61 games. He wanted out of Cleveland. Windhorst has already alluded to us bringing in a couple big names to continue building him a championship team him this offseason. Anyway, Mo always had balls and had to adjust to Lebron's "leadership", which basically means everyone is his boy. He admitted that he lost a lot of his aggressiveness playing with Lebron. But he's always had it in him, and would turn it on often when Lebron was out.

Don't underestimate Mo. That's all I'm trying to say.

If we have plans for Jawad we should keep him. If we don't, we should entertain a S&T deal where we get another pick for him. They haven't traded Minnesota's second round pick (from the Beasley deal) yet have they?

I like hot Wad, but he will be nothing more than a bench player and occasional rotational player for a good team. If he is one of your top 8 players, you dont have a very good team. His versatility nice to have for injuries and when you expand the rotationt o 10 or 11. But he is a jack of all trades, he does alot of things average, but nothing good. Lets not get out hand here. We all like him because he worked his way into the league and he hustles on every play and he is from the area. Lebron wants him to fill out the roster, but after Miami gets a couple more vet min ring chasers, he wouldnt even be in their non injury rotation.

Love the chip building on Mo's shoulder.

I'm actually excited about Cavalier basketball this season after reading this and watching JJ and Eyenga shred dudes in summer league. This team is starting to swell with pride and prove that they weren't just LeCronies.

Jawad guarded Lebron in cavs practice..........this is an interesting move

I googled your name and all I got was a brand of Tractors

The Hoyt-Clagwell was the fictional brand of tractor (sold to Mr. Douglas by Mr. Mr Haney) on Green Acres, one of my all-time favorite shows. I always found it amusing and I liked the way the name sounds, so I use for video games and message boards.

It's a pretty obscure reference I suppose and I imagine there's not too many people into Green Acres enough to get it. But on the bright side at least it's unique...

There is a cemetary down the street from me called Green Acres. Every time I pass it I sing in my head...Green Acres is not the place for me..... :chuckles:

Yup. love how we didn't have enough talent yet he wants to gut our remaining roster to come to Miami. Not that losing Jawad would do much, it's just the hypocrisy.

And yes, Jon from Virginia, LeBron didn't come out and actually say our roster sucked, but to insist he didn't imply it is ludicrous

The Cavs didn't have enough talent - in that we didn't have other players who could pick up the slack when LeBron wasn't playing well - but that doesn't mean we had no talent.
