Guys re-injure themselves when they rush back and are too stubborn to listen to their bodies. If Nerlens takes all the time in the world, does his rehab the right way, takes every precaution before coming back, then some NBA team will get a steal in the top 5.....

I mean, if you think Noel will be one of the best players in the draft, you take the chance. Yeah it sucks he may not be ready to go until after the season starts, but if you're picking in the top five or ten chances are a few losses at the beginning of the year aren't going to be the end of the world.

Diop was drafted right out of high school, first of all.
And his production improved by a lot after he went to the Mavericks. He was an integral part of their team.
