:hail: Some love for "STRYKER"

14pts, 2ast, 1 (super tough rebound) 1stl 1to (But who cares about that)

Great defense... Attacked the basket like crazy... Floaters, midrange jumpers, outside jumpers...

The guys has it all.... (I take it all back, he's untouchable) :chuckles:

:drink:

Luke is the man....

Sasha aint so bad
But he's not "ACTION JACKSON"

oh no you pulled out the action jackson. i was waiting for him to dunk all over sloth, i mean ostertag, but he let me down. :bigcry:

The Sasha/Luke/Ira triange will continue to change everyday. It's so sensitive, who knows what will happen day-to-day.

That said, Luke played a very good game. I'm happy to see him get confident on the offensive end. We've seen him hustle on defense before but never look aggressive on the offensive end. I've been waiting for this moment. Because you know once in college, Jackson had a 42 point game against Iguodala. A part of me was thinking, "Did that version of Luke Jackson die the second he got drafted and had surgery? What happened to THAT Luke?"

Sasha would really have to pull something out of nowhere to get in on the minutes that Jackson and Ira are mostly likely going to get. In all likelihood, Ira will get the nod over Jackson because of his experience, defense and toughness.

I agree, but the energy that Luke has is what seperates him... Give him a chance, and he will make things happen...

I liked how he was getting the ball off of screens tonight instead of having to create a shot and eventually turning it over... He is not a creator with the ball... But he can catch it off a screen and drive, not to mention shoot the ball (when he is not passive)

I will give credit where it is due. Jackson played his best game as a Cavalier. He actually was aggressive on offense and the results followed from that.

It was encouraging to see Ira return for a solid debut considering the layoff he experienced. He certainly should move our depth from 7 primarily to 8, and 9 with Henderson.

As good an effort Luke put in, I still see Ira as our best healthy option backing up our swingman.

i for one, don't think lepip should have that avatar or whatever-the-hell-it's-called, with the young lady touching her tah-tahs... i find it very offensive and DISTRACTING!! I read his posts and my eyes just start doing circles as i stare, which i don't have time for. Don't we have any mods on these boards!?!?!? Oh yeah, and about the other LJ, hopefully he can do this for 3 games in a row and get some confidence, cuz that is what he is lacking.

interesting timing for Luke to have his best game...right when Ira comes back to take his mins...listen , sure luke had a nice game but it was against a team that had really given up on the game and I think that Ira played very well for his frst game back and I am looking foreward to seeing him be the first sg of the bench....too little to late luke (for now at least)

also I believe that 100% Mr. Pisser is to thank for us getting out of the slump...Thanx LePip and ps that chick is hott and I say leave her on

She used to be a man.... (Although not true, let that ease your mind... Calm those waters..)

i find it very offensive
 Whatever you're into boss is your deal... :chuckles:

Those are good luck breast.. Appreciate them like every other guy here...

Hmmm, mabey it is time to get rid of the avatar LePip. I mean, there IS children out there that read this board.

Anyways onto the subject.

Good game for Luke Jackson today. Too bad most of his production came when the Cavs were already up by a good margin. Put him back in when there is pressure on the court and see if he can do the same thing.

you mean thanks joma...

sorry I do mean thanx to whomever made the mR Pisser...you da man Joma

from what i saw luke did show up and maybe the return of ira helped that surge. luke still doesn't look comfortable imo. going to the hole he seemed to rush things when trying to get it to the hoop. he some pretty ugly attempts when he drove.

my belief for professional bb players is they have to get comfortable out on the floor. luke hasn't had enough time to get rid of that yet. you have to get the knowledge of the speed of the game, what players can do what, how high shot blockers jump, etc. most of that can only come on the floor in gametime situations.

when players go for a layup at wham it off the board like luke did that's a key sign of rushing it. going from a hustle/muscle mode of getting to the hoop to touch of putting the ball into the hoop is what makes lebron so tough.

he is 30 or so games into his career coming off surgery and still looks slow. he does hustle and doesn't take shit from anybody. throws a few bows and knocks a few bodies around. he brings more of a complete game than sasha. luke can pass, drive (not finish, yet) and seems to understand the game better. sasha is younger and right now has a better outside shot. but he has gotten more floor time by far than luke.

saying all that i think ira is going to take his minutes.

i'll say it again. once the shot starts falling his limitations will seem less. he'll bring more creativity than ira can and has. sasha and luke are our draft picks that we have to use as value for better players or as part of the future with lebron.

I liked what I saw from Luke yesterday, he attacked the basket (ok so it was a bit ugly) and played his solid hustle game. Still, I'd go with Ira as our primary backup at the 3, hopefully giving Lebron and Larry some more rest.
