I got my stupid macbook back from Apple and it was good to go...I bought Leopard and I tried installing it...well the installation was almost done and it said "failed". I retried it several times and eventually I got stuck at a white screen. I've been there ever since.

I've tried removing the power out of the bottom and holding the power button, nothing seems to work. Glen or anyone have any tips? I hate to go back to the Apple store AGAIN and be forced to pay out the ass for something I shouldn't have to pay for.

I never experienced problems updating to Leopard. I've updated 3 machines smoothly, my iMac, Nicky's Mac Mini and an old school G4 iMac.

You might want to try asking the guys over at MacRumors.com, I'm sure they can better serve you.
