Marcus No Dunks Given Morris

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just for some perspective, dare you to do a reddit search on Marcus. You'll get a billion results from people of all fan bases talking about how he provides nothing in this stage of his career, with a thousand up votes each comment.
He's a fifteenth man at this stage, that's to be expected for such. If he helps Darius and Donovan along with the wings and our big men take any less of a beating it was a worthwhile addition in my eyes!

If he doesn't get minutes with Evan and Dean out, our 10 day policies are just odd. I want to see some toxic stuff from whichever Morris bro we signed. Towards the opponents...
Believe Dean is now back after the birth of his newborn

I'm not sure why people would be upset with this signing. It's not like he's gonna play much. Nothing wrong with signing a veteran wing who's known to at least have some toughness (borderline Jerk). I think our culture is strong enough that he'll understand what his role is. Might be able to get some boards and hit some 3's here and there. No risk, possibly some low reward type of signing.

Has Marcus been known to be a locker room issue or just an asshole on the court to the opponent?

I suspect it’s a lot of conjecture. The team will certainly have some sense of what he’s like in real life.

It's usually something fans say about opposing players who are into shithousery. Especially if they're from a team you hate. And I'm not sure if this Morris was on the Celtics, but didn't people say that about Crowder as well? And Marcus Smart when going to the Grizzlies? A guy like Morris isn't talented enough to have his locker room personality outweigh the tolerance to keep him on your team. Kyrie Irving... Now there's a talent you'd be able to keep on your squad regardless of his theories on planet shapes.

So hasn't Morris played for every team in the league???:chuckle::falloff:

Was he aware that there is a lot of Serbians in CLE
I think we have the other Morris, the Miami Morris who got in a fight with Jokic was the dud twin we got the one that was good on the Knicks a few years ago

Even if he never plays, I like this signing. Every team needs an s.o.b. to have the edge needed to win in the ultra competitive world o the NBA playoffs. We have nice guys for the most part. Morris is an unquestioned s.o.b. with tons of experience. I think it helps.

He’s going to play. With Wade and Mobley out he has to play. We have no other option at the 4 outside of Niang. Cavs can’t even try to play small with Strus at the 4.

We’re going to see extended minutes for some combination of TT/Jones/Morris until two of Strus/Mobley/Wade get back.

Hopefully JBB doesn’t decide to run Allen into the ground before the end of the season.

Marcus Morris has shot 40 percent in his career on the right wing 3 and right corner 3, making 500 of them. He also shot 38 percent from left wing 3 making almost 500 shots in his career. A reliable 3 point threat plus he’s physical.
