Matthew Dellavedova

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Matthew "Coral" Dellavedova - an Australian perimeter barrier; not typically regarded as a threat, yet still sharp and can cause irritation; sometimes pink

I'll show myself out.

Anybody else look at Delly's face and fear that he is going to bite somebody? Thank the good lort for mouth guards.

Ya I'm sorry, as soon as I asked this question I regretted it. :chuckle:
Was a bit confused about the "Y", thought it was a name or something like that... :conf (2):

yeah i never got it either.. or assfingers.. thought they were both really immature and just stupid over all

It's OK, I shouldn't have given you a hard time about it because I don't even remember where the name came from. Probably the same place where Matthew "Gold Chainz" Dellavedova came from, that is, someone's ass.

Oh snap, remember the dude from Norway or wherever who left the board in a fury over the "Assfingers" thread title?? Man that was crazy.

Look, now that we are fielding a competitive team I understand the need to clean up thread titles. However during those horrendous seasons with very few bright spots I always knew that I could get a good laugh by coming to the "Elk Shyt" or "Assfingers" thread. It was much needed catharsis.

Yeah, I agree. I guess why I got upset about this thread title in particular was a combination of A. we actually have a competitive team now and B. it makes more sense to give a hilariously bad nickname to a guy who's playing hilariously bad basketball, as opposed to Delly who's been steady and effective as ever.

Delly continues to impress me with his ability to push the tempo, play smart basketball, and take control of the offense despite not being the best player on the floor or a vet.

He was effective defensively as well, at least when not matched up against major speed (a problem with Rose especially tonight, not so much with his other matchups).

But he earned his 20+ minutes tonight. 3-point release also looks a lot more fluid, at least in comparison to last year.

Very true. However, I expected effective D from Delly this season. With all the additions, I didn't know what to expect of him on the floor as far as running the offense & leading are concerned.

Very impressed with his poise & ability to lead the offense while playing with all the big names he's playing with.

A fearless crazyass Honey Badger is what he is.
