He lasted longer as a bad owner than Derek Jeter as a CEO. Jeter at least knew he was shit and bounced from Miami right after he traded their best player to New York. Very few Top Players have succeeded as coaches, GMs, or Owners.

Jeter screwed the Marlins on purpose. He was more scheming and dishonest than incompetent. Ended our hopes of getting past the Yankees, when they got Stanton.

Put Jeter on any other team and he's just a solid hitting SS with lack of range. Nomar was a better SS but doesn't get anywhere the hype that Jeter gets. Jeter wasn't even the best SS on his team...

Watch Charlotte put better people in place and return to the 90s Hive Era. Jordan was a joke of an owner.
