So, from the data I've looked at on Georgia's website, here are Condon's splits:

Home:
59-115 (.513) 10 2B, 1 3B, 18 HR, 44 RBI, 26 BB, 12 IBB

Away:
19-61 (.311) 3 2B, 10 HR, 19 RBI, 12 BB, 4 IBB

Like most major college schedules, the home games also include a number of smaller schools that likely are cannon fodder for the home team. I am too lazy to do it, but I suspect if you backed out the crap opponents, the home and road numbers would get a lot closer.

Yep. 3 against UNC Asheville, 1 against Georgia St. (away), 3 against Northern Kentucky, 1 with Presbyterian, 1 against Stetson, 4 with Northern Colorado, 1 against Wofford, and 2 against Kennesaw St. (1 away). But that OOC is... oof.

Bazzana's contact rate would be much lower facing superior SEC pitching and Condon's would be much higher facing lesser Big 12 pitching.

Bazzana is PAC 12, a top 5 conference right there with ACC and SEC

And if you look at each conference performance, there are more SEC hitters with crazy stats than PAC 12, so....

That's because the SEC has more quality hitters the same way they have more quality pitchers. It's a stronger conference Tondo.

Look, I'm not trying to convince you that Bazzana isn't a helluva draftee because I think he is. I just disagree with downplaying Condon who is performing better in a stronger conference. I favor Condon at this time because I see the potential for a similar player to Coby Mayo, but I'm certainly not going to bitch if they feel Bazzana is the better choice. I wouldn't be upset if they decide Montegomery is the best choice because I think he's without a doubt the best athlete of the 3 and he has room to grow like Condon.
