Picked it up today, but haven't been able to play yet. The demo was great, so I look forward to a lot of fun with the game. I'll be on live for some h2h action if anyone wants a game sometimes. I'm very lousy at games, so it should be an easy victory for you.

Basketball is the hardest game to re-create a simulation of. I guess thats why my favoirte basketball games are arcadeish like the nbastreet series.

You should give this one a chance, it's really good. It's no NBA Live type junk. The players play a lot like they do in real life.

^i agree, basketball is really my least favorite, you dont determine wether the ball goes in, the computer does, with madden you can determine pretty much any and everything that goes on. my friend got live yesterday, i woke up with a text this morning saying it was the worst $60 he spent. so stay away from live i guess. i got the demo for fifa and that looked pretty good.

Im not sure why anyone would buy Live...Just get on the internet and read a review...any review. When 50 people say the game isn't any good, it probably isn't good.

"Bigs" is a pretty good baseball game. The fielding is a little tough to get a handle on, and its more of a "NBA Street" type game then a true simulation, but its definitely fun and fast moving. The pitching and hitting interface is really solid.

I might pick up MLB Power Pros for Wii depending on reviews. I know it looks like some kids game, but supposedly the game play is solid baseball, just with a weird graphical style.

RHF,you got a wii or 360 or what?I got a 360 and I picked it up yesterday,the jersey textures look a lot better.The coaches look weird,I wish they would have kept those same coach graphics from last year.A couple of the players that looked perfect last year look weird this year,overall the gameplay is beautiful I am just still into madden at this moment.
