NBA 2K9 5 on 5 RCF Online Teams

Has anyone been able to start a team-up game yet and not have it start laggy? I am starting to wonder if it is actually possible.

Well there are 2 ways to do this....

Ranked Team Up, When the countdown hits 0:25 EVERYONE has to yank out the mics and do NOT plug them back in till AFTER TIPOFF then after that pray everyone has a good connection and isn't downloading.

Player Team Up, So far I've gotten lagless 3 on 3's but anything over that and it's no good.

They are STILL working on the online, it's just at the point where it's somewhat playable now.

What a joke, I still cant get into either a Ranked or Custom team-up game without it chugging and nearly crawling to a halt. Everything is in Slow Motion and like 10 seconds of game time takes 2 minutes and then I quit out, as well as every other player online in our game.

What is the f--king deal with that bullshit?

Are you guys still playing 5v5 at all? I finally got a Live Gold account in late November, and it expired in late Dec (1 month free trial), and using the netflix on it convinced my wife that a year would be a good thing, so I have that coming any day now.

Basically, I want to get in to the 5v5 side of NBA 2K9, but I don't have many friends to play with (gamertag Steelsmack)...

Dang, that sucks. I have a pretty decent connection, I guess once my Live Gold card shows up, I'll give it a try and see if it as bad for me as everyone else claims. Can't see why it'd be different for me, but won't hurt to try.
