Starting this general playoffs thread.
Gobert’s not a winning player. He eats too much cheese, drinks too much red wine, and surrenders too much.Assume this is the play-in thread too.
Wolves just suspended Gobert for their play-in game against the Lakers...wow.
Wolves suspend Gobert for play-in vs. Lakers
Timberwolves big man Rudy Gobert has been suspended for one game by the team, and he will not play in Tuesday's play-in game against the Lakers.www.espn.com
I guess they're figuring he'll be back for their second play in game at home and can also rehab his back with the rest.
As a Thunder fan, I assume you are team Westbrook?Clips and Suns have dueling former OKC duo: Westbrook vs. Durant! I will of course keep track of how that series goes.
I think the Pels are good for the play in tournament. They have 42-40 record WITHOUT Zion most of the year. But depending the match up (if they get out of the play in) they might pull an upsetPlayin in the west will be interesting. Lakers have a good chance to play spoiler and could potential sneak WCF if things break their way. Their defense has been elite since the deadline reshuffle. NOP is probably SOL without Zion. Minny has just been a hot mess all year, just lost their 3rd and 4th best guys to a few punches and I really want their season to be over. So sad, the team had potential and then executed one of the worst trades of the last 23 years.
Hawks have a rhythm early.
Heat and their half empty arena aren't looking good so far.
Hunter picking up where he left off last year against Miami with a few buckets already (he's going at Herro).
Lots of time left in this one.
