NCAA Sleepers Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm glad I picked Villanova to get beat by Baylor in the Sweet 16.

Villanova is f**king my shit up. Despite my hatred for them I had to pick them to go to the Final Four because of an even deeper hatred for Duke.
:chuckles:

You wouldn't make a good gambler.

I wish I would go with my gut more often. I had this strange feeling every time I looked at the bracket that RMU had a chance against Nova (I shit you not).

How many #2 seeds have lost the first round? What 3 or 4?

Even if it's a team from Pittsburgh pulling the upset?

Haha, aside from Pitt I couldn't give two shits about the city. Although I have a few friends from high school that go to Bobby Mo and have met quite a few decent people that go to that university, this would be a bitter-sweet upset. I'd love it given last year's events, but it'd destroy my bracket on the first day.

I'll never root for Villanova... but I'll just have to watch this one very intently.

it's only 4 points with less than 3 mins left.

they can very easily win this

but seeing this, no way they make it outta the next round.

I was actually pretty solid when I used to bet back in high school. But that's because I knew I'd be emotionally invested in games against teams I hate/feature teams I love and avoided them. There was a game in 2004 I think that was Cavs/Mavs and Dallas came out and rocked 'em in the first half. So I decided to lay some money on the Mavericks minus a point or so for the second half given the Cavs left their heart at home. Well, Tractor Traylor got ejected from the game, tossed his headband into the crowd, and the Cavs won the second half and the game by 20, crushing my bet. This just reaffirmed my beliefs and I stopped betting on games like that. The only time I have since was when I was in Vegas this summer and laid a bill on the Tigers to beat the Indians. Needless to say, I bought drinks that night :chuckles:

This just reaffirmed my beliefs and I stopped betting on games like that. The only time I have since was when I was in Vegas this summer and laid a bill on the Tigers to beat the Indians. I was at that game. Drew Gooden was ejected as well.

Anyone else having trouble with CBS online trying to watch these games?

Wow... this is why I hate Scottie Reynolds. What a pussy.

Looks like Robby is choking down the stretch.
