Need a new avatar

So um, yeah. I'm in need of a new avatar now that my profile infraction has expired and such. I either need some ideas that I can do with MS Paint as I have no photoshop skillz, or the help of some wonderful posters here to make one with their l337 photoshop skillz.

So any ideas?

Splitz, if you could maybe change the colors on this little guy to a Cavs theme, I'd love it.

Well, mine usually aren't much better. I mean, I had Voltron for the playoffs this last year. But I suppose Pavs in a wheelchair just blows away anything I could come up with.
