I don't get Rick & Morty, what am I missing?

A mix of Futurama and Beevis And Butthead with some of the best and most original comedy writing I've heard in years coupled with an incredible core of hearnesty and charm. It's fucking incredible, both seasons are just so high quality on every level.

Edit: completely missed the point of your post, now that i read it again. I mean, it's just my favorite type of comedy. It pretends to be dumb and deals with dumb subjects but the way it works with those subjects are really smart, original and heartfelt. It basically does dumb in the smartest way possible, and makes you feel smart for getting it.

typically don't care much for the superhero-comicy stuff but yeah, i am fucking pumped for this. daredevil was phenomenal too.

netflix is just killing it. this year it has premiered bloodline, daredevil, narcos, and soon jessica jones. when is the last time a tv network has had debuts that strong in a single year?

Catching up on Fargo season two right now. The first episode's a little slow, but things really start picking up at the end and during the second episode. Really love this series. The first season was fantastic and from the previews I've read (I think critics got the first four episodes), the second might top it.

Last few seasons were complete utter garbage. Was a shame because the first couple seasons were great.

I'd say no since the show fell off so damn hard. Wouldn't even bother.

Having watched most of the first season of Falling Skies before losing interest, I'd vote Fargo. Awesome show.
