Those sneaky undercovers were the worst, would walk to a house in full OSU gear acting like they wanted to party than bust people. Or the ones carrying a case around trying to hand them out in order to bust you for underage. I feel like Columbus Cops have better things to do

Columbus cops SHOULD have better things to do. I went to BGSU, located in probably one of the most boring towns in the world. The biggest concern for cops in Bowling Green are busting underage drinkers and regulating Taco Bell from 2-4am.

I'm sure I speak for most that the biggest concern here is what happens with Bradley Roby. On a defense lacking "sure things" this year... Roby, along with Ryan Shazier and to a lesser extent Christian Bryant, were to be the guys that could be counted on week in and week out.

Carlos Hyde was extremely productive for us in his 10 games last year with 970 yards and 16 TDs, but RB is the Buckeyes deepest position. Jordan Hall, Bri'onte Dunn, Rod Smith, Warren Ball, and the two frosh Elliott and Wilson, are all more than capable of picking up the work load. There's also a decent chance Hyde is brought back to the team like Storm Klein was last year. Either way, the Roby situation is the big one as far as level of concern.

Agreed, the fact that we haven't heard anything yet about Roby also makes me tend to think it isn't as serious as we fear.

A source told ESPN's Brett McMurphy that there is surveillance video of the incident that's contrary to what is being reported.

Not to get too off topic, but the media in Columbus seems awful as far as breaking OSU news.

They were way behind the ball on Tatgate (broken by Yahoo). They were behind the ball on Meyer being hired (broken by ElevenWarriors). Today they jumped the gun on Hyde. If I were the Dispatch, I'd throw as much money as I could at Lesmerises.

Yeah, they missed badly today with the story on Hyde being dismissed from the team. On a side note and because you mentioned them, Eleven Warriors is just a great site - they've been pretty awesome with their coverage for a while now.

I know. Thats always where I go first.

I used to also go to "Our Honor Defend" as well, then 11W hired Vico away.

I used to be a bit jealous that Michigan had MGOBlog, and OSU had nothing comparable. But in the last 2-3 years they have jumped the shark and 11W has passed them up.

I was a barback on alternating weekends at Dunnkirk (the bar Roby got arrested in). Really not a wise place to start shit in given how busy that street is even during the summer.
