Open Discussion (Cavs + related issues)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Kevin Love's games vs. the Spurs since he's been a Cav.

10/11
8/11
10/12
13/5
10/12

Basically a 10/10 average. On 31% from the floor.

So far 3/8 7 points 4 boards this game. He's been surprisingly almost as bad as he is against the Warriors. Just rebounds more I think.

Hate to say it, but if Love just isn't a major factor vs. the Warriors or Spurs...then I just don't know anymore..

There's still time and maybe if the Cavs are in the finals he'll figure it out. I just at least believed he'd play very well vs. the Spurs instead of the Warriors.

Why'd you leave out his 21-11 game from last year?

Zero chance this team wins a title this year. Quote me, bet me, don't care. No shot they pull it off.

Hell, I'd say they have as good a chance to come out of the east as Washington, Boston and Toronto.

This is no longer regular season fatigue.
I won't quote you or anyone individually, but the state of the union around here reminds me a lot of last year when Curry hit that little half court game winner against the Thunder.

Read away, everyone. And then read some more. Some absolute gold in there.

And then remember again that the playoffs are a whole other season.

Disclaimer: Yes I know the Cavs are fucking trash right now.

Can we all agree that the post Lebron's 1st run rebuild went pretty horribly outside of drafting Kyrie?

7 first round picks in 4 drafts , and all you have to show for it is one great player, and one decent role player.

We wouldn't have had this problem of having to rely on past their prime veterans so much if we had developed, and kept more young talent during our rebuild.

JR is legitimately terrible right now

Next level bad. That weird box out thing at mid court to just let the ball bounce around? Seriously what the fuck was that?

It's in his head and that's the worst news possible

Also, the fourth seed is not out of the question.

This is by far the worst stretch of 15 odd games we have had since LeBron came back in 2014. There are so many issues, I don't even know where to start. We are constantly getting out-coached, out-hustled, out-smarted, out-played by almost every team.

The coaching staff and the playing staff have to look themselves in the mirror and sort this shit out as soon as possible. I know many feel we would just switch it on in the playoffs. I had that confidence last two years but this year, not so much because there hasn't been one positive aspect to the game.

Worrying times imo.

I wonder how LeBron, Kyrie, and Love would look in a triangle offense.

Feel free to troll this disrespectful cunt/Cavs Hater/LeBron Hater, make her waste her time blocking you.

Just ignore the troll, guys. Not worth it imo. Rather be classy when we sweep his brother in the playoffs!

This game was unwatchable...we have gotten NY JR since his return
.bad shots and bone head mistakes, Lue has no fucking clue what to do with these rotations...the D-Will and Kyrie lineups need to stop..it kills our defense and rebounding...D-Will2 played very good defense before all the moves and now he is a ghost...no offensive game plan tonight...No inside game ...way too much switching instead fighting over screens...it's a cluster fuck and embarrassing... Yea Shump and Korver help tonight but this team has plenty of talent..they also haven't used Love the same since his return...too much standing in the corner shit again ala the Blatt era... 9 games to go back to playing some fucking defense ..
Have some pride

The team is starting to have the brooklyn nets (garnett, pp, jj era) vibe... championship caliber on paper but just couldn't produce on the court...

Imho, too much emphasis of small ball and acquiring offensive players kinda backfired... the team just seem to lack the defensive capabilty (lack of size/athleticism) and intensity to stay on games when the offense goes sour... the defensive scheme and roster not compatible at all now..

Team is capable of playing D...Moz was a non factor last playoffs and Delly was in the finals... It is about effort and Lue getting the right guys on the court together

That was cuz it would have been a self pass if he had touched it since he passed the ball to nobody. But I agree he looks totally spaced out and like he is just learning to play basketball again.

I also don't think Kevin Love right now is the player on both ends that he was before his knee surgery. I hope it's just conditioning.
