OSU vs UF

I think this one is going to be either very close, like 3 points or less (either team winning), or Ohio State wins in a commanding fashion (by two or three scores). I guess I'll go Ohio State with the spread, and hope it's the latter.

I don't think it's going to be a blowout. I'm worried about this game, almost as much as I was about Michigan, when everyone had us winning by 20. This should be a very, very good game. I could, however, see nothing working for UF and we beat them by two scores. I hope we kill them, but it's gonna be close.

If we stop the big play (turnovers, 50 yard plays on Offense) we win.

The thing about UF is their offense is completely unpredictable. And they're going to use trick plays, I'm guessing AT LEAST three. You can see what happens when trick plays are sucessful in the Boise State game. Will the Buckeyes bite on the tricks and give up some big plays? That's the key. If Ohio State's defemse plays good assignment football, and forces UF to put together long drives in order to score, the Buckeyes win easy. If they hit on a couple big plays, however, it could get real interesting.

Ohio State's offense is going to get their's. I know UF has a strong defense, but look what the Buckeyes did to Michigan, who most had as the top defense in the country through 11 games. The question is can UF's offense keep up, going against the #2 scoring defense in the nation?

part of what we did to mich. had to do with so many empty backfield sets. That stuff is all on film. That said, Our defense is too much for florida, and our offense will get theirs. No prediction as of now, since I have to do some research, but either way, it will be an adventure.

If anyone is wondering where the UF vBookie cash is coming from, I had to go with the Gators on this one. I'm going to school there, nothing against you OSU people, should be a good game.
