It was a travesty Griffin didn't win last season after adding LeBron, Love, Moz, JR, and Shump in a single calendar year. Still kinda in disbelief on that one...

That argument makes total sense but I still say we need his firepower in the second unit while we need's Shump's defense in the starting line-up, especially to atone for Kyrie's deficiencies in that area.

We don't need JR's firepower in the second unit any more, not with RJ and Mo out there.

I don't think we should view this as a single 'second unit' any more, we should be mixing and matching the bench mob with one member of the Big Three, or with Mozgov on occasion, etc.

looks like Cavs bench outscored them 32-19. Seems this will be the rule this year. What a change.

Every game so far, the bench players has been playing a greater and greater percentage of the overall minutes...

Game 1 : 34% (81 minutes vs 159 for the starters)
Game 2 : 41% (98 minutes vs 142 for the starters)
Game 3 : 44% (105 minutes vs 133 for the starters)

This is an exciting team, folks. And we're just getting started.

Man this team could be special if it stays healthy. We're like that Boston Big 3 team when they won at all with a better balance of offense/defense: they threw a bunch of guys like Tony Allen, Big Baby, Posey, etc. on top of their starting 5.

If we're fully healthy for the playoffs, the only teams I'm concerned about are:

- Warriors
- Spurs

And I still think we'd beat either one of them. Really, the only team that truly scares me is the Spurs because of their coach and their pedigree.
