Pau Gasol Trade Rumors

I was reading on the yahoo rumor page that one of the "deals" that may go down would be Gordon and Deng for Gasol. would that really make the Bulls any better? personally I don't see Gordon as much more then a good 6th man but to give him and Deng up for Gasol seems bad for the Bulls.

Being in Chicago, I watch a lot of the Bulls. Luol Deng is absolutely un-tradeable. He is the heart of that team, and will be star someday. He is as close to Pippen as I have seen.

Speaking of which, I thought I had read where the only guys on the Bulls roster that were untouchable were Deng and Gordon....lol.

Pau did not play tonight and he was not on the injured list... rumors are circulating that a trade is all but finished.

I'd do Gordon, Brown and the "oden pick" for Gasol in a heartbeat. The Knicks may even make the playoffs at this point, the odds are stacked against that selection ending up in the top 3.

Trading that first for Pau would be the dumbest thing in the world...it's a Paxson move however...

Pau supposedly had a strained left hamstring that kept him out tonight.

I also thought a deal had gone down when I saw he didn't play tonight.

If any big name players get moved before the trading deadline, I have to think Gasol and Vince Carter are the most likely ones.

If Jerry West really wants to move Pau he's going to have to lower his demands. He's not getting Gordon, Deng and the Knicks #1 from the Bulls. I wouldn't give up that #1 in a Gasol deal if I'm Chicago. I'd only be willing to include it for Garnett.

Memphis is rebuilding..they might like the draw of VC and just coast into the lottery...and let him walk and use the cap for FA's...

The Nets don't think they can keep him and could use a solid big even when Krstic returns...

Worst post ever...

Durant will not overshadow Wade Bron Melo and Kobe...let alone Arenas Dirk or Nash..he's great in college but he has to add some lbs to the frame he is too frail to be an every night guy. He can get away with it playing 30 games..but 82 plus summer league and exhibition? No chance in hell..

Oden and Darko are the 2 most un-alike players ever. Oden is an absolute monster on the blocks..anyone can agree with that...the guy is at 75% right now shooting left handed most of the time. Oden's also an athlete..he gets up runs the floor and rarely gets winded.

He is a terror on defense and alters the offensive gameplan against him.

Back to the drawing board..
