Don't waste your or your clients time by fixing stuff at their house or business if you can fix it at your house. If someone has to wait around at their house or business while you fix something but you could have just as easily taken it or they dropped it off to you then you do it on your own time and not take up their time, most will be happy with that arrangement.
Basically you can waste your time going around sitting in other people's houses or businesses while you stare at a screen with status bars from scans, uninstall, install, etc windows. Or you can set up any area to handle multiple computers at once with keyboards, mouse, monitors, etc at home then do all the work then give it back to them. You can most likely play video games or watch tv while working on multiple computers.
