I need two choose 2 receivers and a flex play:

Torry smith @ Buf
Josh Gordon vs Cin
Demaryius thomas vs Phi
Sydney rice @ Hou
Willis Mcgahee vs Cin

I'm leaning towards rice and smith as my wideouts and josh gordon as my flex play. it seems like manning gets everybody involved in denver. I think benching mcgahee is a good move until he shows some production

I like Gordon, Smith and Thomas in that situation. Have Smith in three leagues and think this is a good matchup for him.

I have a question of my own:

Was offered Matt Ryan/Steven Jackson for Reggie Bush/Kenbrell Thompkins.

My team currently is:

Rb- Lesean McCoy
Rb- Matt Forte
Wr- Victor Cruz
Wr- Torrey Smith
Te- Jordan Cameron
Flex- Reggie Bush
Be- Miles Austin
Be- Chris Givens
Be- Ben Tate
Be- Kendall Wright
Be- kenbrell thompkins
Rb- Willis McGahee

Currently leading the league in points, so hesitant to move forward.

Ray Rice owner offered me Randall Cobb and David Wilson for my Roddy White and Benard Pierce. Thoughts? White hasn't done much but he's still nursing that ankle. He obviously wants Pierce to handcuff Rice. Cobb is a beast and I think Wilson turns it around.


I'm leaning towards accepting.

Trying to find the guts to start Roethlisberger (@MIN) over Matt Ryan (vsNE). Matchups favor Big Ben (especially with Heath Miller a factor again) but he hasn't shown much yet. Plus, I'm starting NE defense and would end up losing out on points by playing Ryan and NE. Any thoughts for me?

ETA: Nevermind. Just found IND DEF available vs JAX. Will play IND and Ryan. I think that should give me the best points option.

I need Hartline and Hartley to combine for 23 points or less and I've got it this week. Feeling pretty confident. Not fairing as well in my other league, Flacco's fantastic day today really killed me.

I faced Peyton Manning today, luckily I'm still winning. My team is really freaking loaded. Chiefs defense just shit all over him today.

He will probably only end up with like 6 or 8.

Edit: I have him too and while I should go 4-1 this week I got some lucky matchups in a few leagues because my scoring in 3/5 leagues was awful.

I'm 4-0 in my lower money league while being completely middle of the pack in scoring and just mostly lucky. I'm putting up nearly 115 a week in another league and I'm 1-3. Everyone that I've played has started out hot as hell. I need a couple friggin breaks. No reason to be any worse than 2-2 when you're putting up that many points in a standard. Amendola has been out in that league, so if he comes back and starts putting up 12-15 a week, I don't see any reason why I wouldn't finish .500.

The thing that's been hurting me the most in that league has actually been kicking. I've had Janikowski and I can't imagine a kicker has ever gone off to a worst start scoring wise than him. Except maybe Josh Brown who I have in my other league. :chuckles:

Can't wait to drop the fuck out of those two.

Fivethous just keeps giving terrible advice, over a year after his opinion was irreversibly damaged. It's simply amazing and one of my favorite aspects of RCF. I hope it never changes.
