Post Draft advice-Fantasy Football

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm running a league this year and made it commish only for veto. Unless it's an absolute garbage trade, if you're dumb enough to accept it, I'm not going to let people veto it.

I just threw up in my mouth

1ppr, 12 team, 12th pick, 2FLEX league

1. (12) Demaryius Thomas (Den - WR)
2. (13) A.J. Green (Cin - WR)
3. (36) Latavius Murray (Oak - RB)
4. (37) Jonathan Stewart (Car - RB)
5. (60) Allen Robinson (Jax - WR)
6. (61) Tony Romo (Dal - QB)
7. (84) John Brown (Ari - WR)
8. (85) Jordan Cameron (Mia - TE)
9. (108) David Cobb (Ten - RB)
10. (109) DeVante Parker (Mia - WR)
11. (132) David Johnson (Ari - RB)
12. (133) Cameron Artis-Payne (Car - RB)
13. (156) Dorial Green-Beckham (Ten - WR)
14. (157) Cleveland (Cle - DEF)
15. (180) Caleb Sturgis (Mia - K)

So as far as TE goes, what would you guys do in my situation? I have Gates and currently no backup.

The best available TE on the waiver wire in my opinion is Tyler Eifert, who I think should be solid and have an increased role this year if he stays healthy. Dude was a first round pick for a reason.

Other available TEs include:
Austin Seferian-Jenkins
Jordan Reed
Kyle Rudolph
Charles Clay
Richard Rodgers
Ladarius Green

And, if I pick up someone like Eifert, should I just roll the dice and drop Gates, or drop Eddie Royal or David Cobb instead?

Rudolph is the easy choice, IMO

Drafted last night from the 9 hole, 12 teamer, nonPPR...ended up with

QB Phillip Rivers 9
QB Cam Newton 11
RB Jeremy Hill 2
RB Alfred Morris 3
RB Arian Foster 4
RB Duke Johnson 10
RB Matt Jones 14
RB Karlos Williams 18
WR Amari Cooper 5
WR Vincent Jackson 6
WR DeSean Jackson 7
WR John Brown 8
WR Stevie Johnson 12
TE Rob Gronkowski 1
TE Dwayne Allen 13
K David McManus 17
DEF Eagles 15
DEF Panthers 16

I'm really happy with the value I got. Someone sniped Romo as their backup before I could grab him, had to settle for Rivers.

The fascination with backup fantasy qbs on RCF baffles me.

Twelve team, standard scoring draft. I had the second pick.

QB - Aaron Rodgers
RB - Le'Veon Bell
RB - Carlos Hyde
WR - Andre Johnson
WR - Jeremy Maclin
TE - Tyler Eifert
FLEX - Isaiah Crowell
D/ST - Ravens
K - Robbie Gould

BN - Rashad Jennings
BN - DeVante Parker
BN - Devin Funchess
BN - David Cobb
BN - Eddie Royal
BN - Darren Sproles
BN - Cameron Artis-Payne

I don't normally draft a QB that high, but Rodgers was on the board at 23 so I went for it. I kept just missing out on guys I wanted, but I did purchase a bunch of lottery tickets with my bench. We'll see if that works out or not. It's a free league, so whatever.

Week one coming up. Need some suggestions for my ten team, .5 PPR league flex spot.

First off, my starting RBs and WRs are currently set as:
RB Eddie Lacy
RB CJ Anderson
WR Antonio Brown
WR Mike Evans

I have the following guys available for my flex spot:
WR Brandon Marshall
WR Andre Johnson
WR Charles Johnson
RB Andre Ellington
RB Chris Ivory
RB Todd Gurley (out for week one)

Of those guys, who would you all pick as your flex?

I have my last draft in 7 minutes, 1ppr no K or D/ST

I'd go with Johnson in week one, hang onto Gurley for your stretch run.

Personally I'd lean Marshall.

I'm in a 10 team league and someone just dropped Woodhead for McFadden. I want to pick him up because it's a PPR league but I'm not sure who to drop.

My RBs:

Justin Forsett
Frank Gore
Mark Ingram
Joseph Randle
Shane Vereen
Giovani Bernard

I have ODB, Cobb, Hopkins, A.Robinson, and Fitzgerald at WR. The only one I'd be willing to just outright drop would be Fitz because I'm still skeptical he'll bounce back even if Palmer stays healthy.

Setup
2 WR
2 RB
1 Flex (W/R/T)
