Post Draft advice-Fantasy Football

okay so I accepted the trade and the players won't be added to our rosters until Monday which sucks. I'm the leage manager and I tried to go in and manually add the playes to our rosters but it wouldn't let me because they were involved in a trade. is there any way around this issue?
 
DeAngelo Williams or Darren McFadden? I can only start one since I started Jeremy Hill this week. I still can't believe he didn't absolutely demolish the Browns yesterday. At least I had Eifert too. I can live with a RB and my TE combining for 28 points.

Pretty close, but I'd go with Williams.

Yeah, that was who I went with. He seems to have the higher upside. I was really hoping Hill would have had a great week so that I had him as trade bait now that I've got Charcandrick West and DeAngelo Williams to start (no flex in this league), along with McFadden. If I could trade one of those backs for another good receiver (been really inconsistent outside of Alshon since he got healthy), that would be awesome.
 
Holy shit! So this is what a good week of fantasy feels like this season.

In my NFL.com league, I was pissed early because I benched Ivory in favor of Marshall in my flex spot, but then Marshall caught that touchdown pass and made the point difference more palatable. I just wish I would have flexed Delanie Walker. Jesus Christ he's having himself a game. I started Eifert at TE, though, so not a huge difference there either.

I've already got 107 points, and that's with my defense (Saints) having one point and my QB (Eli), RB (Langford), and K (Gould) yet to play.

Amazing that my team might be making another mid-season turn-around like last year after my disastrous Lacy/Anderson keeper selections.

another week, another RB down to injury. so that makes lewis/lev bell/foster/forte out for me. i had by far the best corp of RB's in both leagues. now i'm just average and i dont have any good WR's like everyone else. i'm fucked.

but it's about time i got some luck

needed 43 points to win last night from cutler/woodhead/gould. this is after i decided to start cutler instead of bortles who scored 24 on sunday.

and i got....43 flipping points. gould missing kicks and cutler not doing well all night, made me think it was hopeless. cutler TD throw with a minute or so left put me down 1 and they decide to go for two, dammit. down one with one drive left and woodhead gets a 15 yard catch. thank jesus.
 
hopefully you didn't draft Andrew luck in the first round, he's out for like 6 weeks.

man that's rough. did you manage to pick up Langford, Williams or blue? that is a run of bad luck. it was good you won this weekend.

had not handcuffed anyone because i was four deep in both leagues, plus deangelo williams wasn't even available. 12 and 13 team leagues with lots of bench spots....there are no RB's available anywhere.

oh yeah and i have mccoy who missed time as well

despite all the injuries i still have:

martin
joique (lol)

mccoy
duke johnson
forte once (if?) he comes back
 
How do you guys feel about Barnidge for the rest of the season? I've been thinking about trading him for fear of Johnny starting the rest of the season at some point, but Pet keeps starting McCown despite it being a lost season.

I have Barnidge and Olsen so I have been trying to trade Barnidge as well. I was offered Barnidge and McFadden for Crabtree and one of gore, Bryant or gates. I haven't decided if I'm going to make the trade yet.

I'm in the same boat as you, but I have Gronk instead of Olsen. I keep getting pretty good offers for Gronk that I would probably accept if I believed McCown would finish out the season. I really need to make a move for an RB, but this QB situation is putting me in a tough spot with trading my TEs.
