Looks like I will be right again unless they go 8-0. My predictions are always right btw.

I said 54 before the break, looks like I might be a Game off

57-25. There will be some bumps in the road. There will be injuries. The whole season comes down to luck and injuries. If we are healthy we can win it all. I think we come up short this year...
Well well, look at ol' @Maximus here. Looks like he's gonna be off by about 2 wins, maybe 3, and pretty much nailed our path.

Hope you were wrong about the last part though...

I'm surprised I never posted in this thread. I told all my friends (who were mostly on the 65+ win bandwagon) that I thought the Vegas line of about 58 sounded pretty close, and I said for months that I thought we would be lucky to be .500 by Christmas, and then wouldn't lose more than 8 or so games the rest of the year.

Well, I was off by about 3 weeks, but still. :chuckle:

That's it?

Just regular season. You beat Jordan's 72 wins, serves the purpose.

We win a championship this year, LBJ needs something else to set himself apart from Jordan. Only thing other than 4 straight championships is 73 wins.

Can we make it to .500? 41-41 doesn't seem unrealistic. When Love leaves after the season, do we get better?
I kind of feel bad about saying this. Should really say it all about how poorly the half way point of the season was going. JR Smith being one of the biggest pickups in the NBA this season. Who the hell saw that coming lol.

I wish I would've placed bets on the Cavs to win the ECF or finals back when we were 19-20. I wonder what the Vegas odds were like around that time?

Not as high as you'd think. I thought about it, but I think they were still 3rd best odds to win the NBA championship. It was crazy.

Vegas knows what they're doing. The real winners were the ones around here that placed big bets on the Cavs before we got official word LeBron was coming back. It was as low as 60-1. $1k on those odds sounds really good right about now.

my buddy put 100 on the cavs at 50-1 and 100 on the cavs to win the east at 10-1....could get a 6,000 dollar payoff lol

I actually have a $50 dollar bet on those exact odds that I made before Lebron came back. :biggrinthumb: I should have bet more!

yaaaa I know someone who did the 50/1 odds at 1200.
