That was an entertaining meaningless game. Finally in the 7th game they close the game right. Love looked solid in back to back efforts and that final roster spot is Cunningham's to lose.

Now get a week in with practice and get at this thing next week.

One thing this guy has always been able to do -- at Notre Dame, in the D League, in summer league, in limited NBA action -- is rebound. Whether he sacrifices defense to do so I'm not sure. The fact he rebounds well on the offensive end leads me to think he is just a good rebounder.

Cooley was most likely brought in to put pressure on TT. Id rather have Cunningham, but I get it.

Pretty sure since Tristan is not under contract that we can keep both Cunningham and Cooley. Once Thompson is signed we can cut Cooley since it's a non-guaranteed contract.
