PS3 NBA 2k9 League

Well Im gonna go ahead and try this. Somehow I doubt there are too many PS3 2k9 players on this board but if you are interesting in joining a draft just tell me. I have tried a ton to get into leagues and all of that but it hasn't worked so Ill try this. Im looking for about 12 people but maybe less depending.

Good luck. I would say use our 2K9 league on 360 as a reference. Also 12 players might be a bit much...8's probably a better number to manage. It will be easier to fill up the league and you don't have to worry as much about dropouts/inactives...

Im probably gonna go down to 8 but I wanna see if I can get anybody. Right now the format I wanna do is:

Difficulty:All Star
Quarters:5 min
Sim Quarters:5 min
Trades:ON
Injuries:OFF
Fantasy Draft:ON
First round:Best of 3
2nd round:Best of 3
Finals:Best of 5

What is your guys's format or what do you recommend?

We actually have 7-minute quarters and difficulty set on Hall of Fame. We had it at 6 minutes last year but 7 minutes gives us pretty realistic stats. You should probably set Sim minutes to 12 (this happens when you need to simulate a game I believe). We have 4 teams making the playoffs...and both round are best-of-7 series, but best of 3 and best of 5 should be fine as well. Your settings don't have to be the same as ours but you can go through our thread and see some of the stuff we do.

Ya.....I like 6 or 7 min quarters. Whats the length of your guys season? I was thinkin like 15 or 20 would be good. Also...how did you guys do the actual draft? You just did it online and got everybody together?

We have a 20-game season and we're about 2/3's of the way through right now. And yeah, there's a Live Fantasy Draft that's pretty neat. You need to set a time and everyone shows up and makes picks.
